Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using You.0 ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

You.0 is a personal growth tracker that lets you create growth paths, log progress, reflect on your journey, and track your personal development over time. The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Subscriptions & Payments

You.0 offers auto-renewable subscription plans that unlock additional features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same subscription price.
  • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Subscription prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency in the App Store. Prices are subject to change, but you will be notified in advance of any price increase.

Free Trial

You.0 may offer a free trial period for certain subscription plans. If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged the applicable subscription fee.

Managing & Cancelling Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to subscription features until that date. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

License & Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
  • Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks.

Your Content

All content you create within the App — including paths, entries, and reflections — belongs to you. As described in our Privacy Policy, your data is stored locally on your device and synced via your personal iCloud account. We do not access, collect, or claim any rights to your content.

Disclaimers

You.0 is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, or therapeutic advice. The App is a self-improvement tool and should be used as such. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the App's content or functionality. Use the App at your own discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, You.0 and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users or the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
